Extra/Fake is an OC-only, thought-provoking action/mystery RP based on the Nasuverse. Given the source material, some content is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. After waking up to a message from the SE.RA.PH, the characters find themselves inside the Moon Cell, a mysterious virtual reality world that is based on the Moon (as the name would imply). Finding their memory slightly hazy but still there with a desire to win the Holy Grail War, each "Master" has been partnered with a Servant. A Servant is a digitized recreation of a hero from the past (or future), reborn into a powerful spirit that is bound to the Master and responds to their wishes.

Players can sign up for either Master or Servant, depending on their application.

Unlike the standard RP community, the death penalty normally subjected to losers in the Moon Cell has been....made harsher. The stroke of death is felt forever, and once defeated that player is gone (unless something happens otherwise).





If a Master and their Servant come across another Master and Servant while within the Arena, they are of course encouraged to carry out their plans and fight each other. Sometimes, the Moon Cell may even force them to fight. To the death, which either happens when one Master cannot continue fighting or is killed outright ("deleted").

The main plot, however, is a little more in depth than that: The Moon Cell itself is breaking down and malfunctioning entirely. From little things such as NPCs acting a little differently from their normal operating procedures to even deleting the victorious Master after a predesignated match. The differences at first might be played off as obvious little glitches in the system but it becomes much more apparent later on that the problem is much more serious.

The focus of this RP is the mystery behind the Moon Cell's sudden malfunctioning and the Holy Grail War itself and how it is being affected. Some Masters might not care and will keep their eyes on the prize, however there are those who would be willing to put that aside for now to focus on the bigger issue at large. And the instant it becomes apparent that the Moon Cell is screwing up, the bigger questions start getting asked....
